The Great Simplification is a podcast that explores the systems science underpinning the human predicament. Through conversations with experts and leaders hosted by Dr. Nate Hagens, we explore topics spanning ecology, economics, energy, geopolitics, human behavior, and monetary/financial systems. Our goal is to provide a simple educational resource for the complex energetic, physical, and social constraints ahead, and to inspire people to play a role in our collective future. Ultimately, we aim to normalize these conversations and, in doing so, change the initial conditions of future events. The “Frankly” Video Playlist is where Nate takes a deeper dive into the concepts of his work, offers candid takes on the future implications of current events, and evokes thought-provoking questions to spur the dialogue about the human predicament.

On Nature League, we explore the biology and ecology of life on Earth together and ask questions that inspire us to marvel at all things wild. We explore the basic as well as the complex by having lesson plans, conversations with friends and other scientists, breaking down the peer-reviewed literature, and even going on walks and sharing thoughts. I want to share my passion for life on Earth with you, and challenge ourselves to learn about, connect to, and love the natural world in what some are calling a post-natural age. Join me, Brit Garner, to explore the amazing living systems on Earth and the mechanics that drive them.

Hi - we make video lessons for science and maths, aiming to give a concise run through of everything you'll need to know for your exams. All your progress is automatically tracked, and you can sign up at www.cognitoedu.org Best wishes, Amadeus & Tom
We are two sisters on a mission to demystify science with humor and relevance by creating videos, GIFs, comics, and resources. Our content is focused on high school biology (Pinky is a former high school biology teacher), though we do receive comments that some of our content is useful for intro biology courses at the college level as well. We're for anyone wanting to learn biology! We frequently remind viewers that we cannot include all of the fascinating exceptions and details in a video under 10 minutes. We like to create memorable visuals to the content, but they're not scientific illustrations. Meaning, nitrogen and carbon don't tap dance. Our illustrated cell and molecule cartoons are definitely not to scale. DNA is usually a right-handed double helix (well...there are exceptions) and it doesn't have eyes...a face...or a top hat...
