Tuukka Salonen is the founder of Soccer Factory TV. He started his professional career playing for TPS Turku in the Finnish Top tier, Veikkausliiga. In 2000 he moved to Germany where he played for clubs such as TSG Hoffenheim, FSV Frankfurt, Chemnitzer FC and KFC Uerdingen. After his career, Tuukka completed a degree in Sports Management while working closely with Schalke 04.
